The aim is to determine the effectiveness of this system in mathematical model for transmitting and receiving data via optical interface with help of artificial noise interface.

Preparation of ultra sharp tips for STM TERS applications

The goal of this bachelor thesis is preparation of Au tips by electrochemical etching. The theoretical part deals with comparison of microscopy techniques for materials surface characterization and Raman spectroscopy. The experimental part is focused on the settings of optimal etching parametres to gain appropriate geometry of fabricated tips. Function of tips is verified by evaluation of data gained by experimental measuring with this tips. Prepared tips are suitable for applications such as STM and TERS.

Diploma thesis Implementation of modular web based application deals with web modular systems. The aim of web modular system is to allow creating universal web presentation without necessity of creation new systems. Diploma thesis is devided into couple parts. Advantages of modular solution of web systems are highlighted in the first part and after that is analyzed the current situation of this problem. In the next part is designed own web modular system above all its kernel, modules and data model. In the final part is described own implementation of own designed system. The most stress is layed on security of the system. In the conclusion is summed up own solution and its most advantages.

This work is focused on building a content management system for municipal websites. It compares some proprietary and open source systems. Moreover, it aims to create a new content management system for little-municipal websites. The system is created with a use of PHP script language and MySQL database system. The final application runs on Apache and MySQL servers. This project allows the municipal units to create their own websites easily and quickly. They can define both the structure and the content of the pages. The project is designed to be multi-user. It puts great emphasis on the easiness of use and the blind-friendliness.

Classification of glacial lakes and methods of inventory Abstract: Classification of glacial lakes has its application all around the world. However, there is no unified system of typology that would make it possible to simplify and increase the effectivity of labour inventory. The thesis is dedicated to creation an overview of the definitions of glacial lake divided by euro-atlantic and asian literature and its resulting evaluation. The inventory of glacial lakes is closely connected to their classification. Therefore, the work subsequently presents individual methods that lead to the creation of a lake inventory. The basis of the creation of a design of the classification system is the research from already created glacial lakes classifications and analysis by which typology can be created. Overall, the classification of the lakes is divided into two main groups: by position to glacier or relief and according to the type of dam. Furthermore, 280 glacial lakes were analysed based on the inventory table in an interest area. On the basis of a created classification design, most of the lakes were classified under the inventory, thereby confirming its used application. Psychosocial Specifics of Patients with Multiple Sclerosis

This masters thesis deals psychosocial specifics of patients with multiple sclerosis. My study consists of five main parts. In the first part I am discussing multiple sclerosis, the special emphasis placed on physical changes. In the second part I am discussingp sychosocial specifics of patients with multiple sclerosis. I try to show the wide complexity of the MS problem. In the third part I showing case studies of five patients with MS. In fourth I am discussingsocial system in Czech Republic, in the main support for patients with MS. In the last part I try to acquainted with the research results "Psychosocial Support for Patient with MS".
